In his new role across the Weston Homes residential portfolio, Graeme will oversee the design, development and delivery for dozens of developments and thousands of residential units.
Graeme — who has over 19 years of experience in the construction industry — began his career as an architect in Edinburgh, where he was involved in the design and build of educational, custodial, residential and commercial projects.
After over 10 years working as an architect, he moved to Ardmore Group where he worked as a design manager, responsible for the design and development of a £45m high spec St George development.
Graeme then moved to St George where he worked as senior technical manager, where he was responsible for the development and delivery of a £450m residential development consisting of 520 apartments across seven buildings.
For the past four years, Graeme has worked at Weston Homes as southern regional technical director.
In this position, Graeme oversaw the design and delivery of over 1,800 residential units and had doubled the size of the regional technical team.
“I am delighted to have been promoted to Weston Homes’ technical director,” Graeme said.
